About Teresa
Hi, I’m Teresa.
I am a chaplain, grief support specialist, and life coach with a heart for walking alongside individuals in life’s most difficult and tender seasons.
Whether you are grieving a loss, navigating a life transition, or feeling overwhelmed, you deserve a space where you can be heard, supported, and cared for.
My Journey
My journey into this work has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences. I understand what it means to walk through seasons of loss, uncertainty, and transition.
As a hospice chaplain, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families at the end of life. These sacred moments have deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to offering gentle, meaningful support to those who are grieving.

-

My training allows me to provide care that is both compassionate and practical—meeting individuals where they are emotionally, spiritually, and personally.
My Approach
I believe that grief is not something to “get over,” but something to move through with care and support.
My approach is faith-centered while remaining open and welcoming to those who are exploring spiritual support. I intentionally create a safe and encouraging space where individuals can process their experiences at their own pace—without pressure or judgment.
Even in the midst of grief, I believe there is space for healing, hope, and renewed purpose.
